W.B. started this venture in April of 1971. Since then the company has remained a family business. Kirk purchased the company in 2005 and continues the relationships his father started while building new ones.

Working Together
Kirk started working at WBK Construction in 1983. He started as a laborer in the beginning and eventually bought the company from his father in 2005. Even now, W.B. 'Bill' Kibler is in the office and remains an integral part of our team.

When we join the project team from the early stages of pre-construction stage, we can help develop the budget and work with the design team and the ownership group to arrive at a mutually agreeable financial conclusion.

BUILD
With the Design Build or Design Assistance solution, we can bring a design team on board to work with an ownership group to provide a complete construction experience while ensuring that the project is kept to a desired budget.
CONCEPTUAL
ESTIMATING
We can provide conceptual estimates for projects that are in the early design phase and we can work with the design team and ownership group to monitor any design changes that could significantly alter project costs.
