We believe in taking great care of everything. And everyone.

WBK is dedicated to providing you with all the services you need to complete your construction project successfully. But we’re equally committed to personalizing the process and ensuring that you feel good about every aspect – from schedule to budget to delivery. It’s all about personal relationships. We also care deeply about the safety of our valued workers and subcontractors.

At the end of the day, buildings are all about human beings. And we construct them solely to serve people.

How can we be of service?

We can perform any number of roles in your construction project. Here are
some of the most common functions we provide:

  • General Contractor
  • Construction Manager, at risk
  • Construction Manager, agent
  • Designer/Builder
  • Negotiated Contractor
  • Pre-Construction activities, including preliminary estimates, scheduling, constructability analysis and system analysis

Building trust is one of our top priorities.

WBK has a time-proven method to what we do and how we do it. There are reasons customers continue to choose us early in the process to help them get the most building for their investment. And there are steps we take to ensure that projects stay on budget and are delivered on time.

We build safety into everything we do.

Nothing is more important than the well-being of our workers and subcontractors. That’s why WBK builds safety into everything we do. We have programs in place to protect our team, as well as anyone else near the construction site.

Third-party safety specialists are utilized to make route site inspections and work with WBK Project Superintendents to promote best safety practices on every project. All WBK Project Superintendents are at a minimum 10-hour OSHA trained and are First Aid CPR and AED certified.

Before any worker can begin work on one of our sites, they watch a video steeping them in safety policies and procedures. Upon watching the video, they are issued a ‘WBK Safety Conscious’ hardhat sticker to demonstrate that their certification and compliance with our safety program.

Weekly Safety meetings are held for all employees working on the site. This keeps our workforce aware of specific safety topics and concerns as different phases of the project progress.

Perhaps the most telling commitment to safety is our EMR (Experience Modification Ratio): which lands at .79 while industry average is 1.0.

A truly successful project is not just one that’s delivered on time, within budget and completely to spec – it’s a project with no injuries, illnesses or lost time to accidents.
